# Kinema

> Kinema is a native Mac app for frame-by-frame movement video analysis: measure joint angles, compare sessions side by side and send client reports. For physiotherapists, bike fitters and coaches. Private, offline, pay once.

- Who it is for: Physiotherapists, bike fitters, running and sports coaches, sports-science students.
- What it does: Steps through video one frame at a time (up to 240 fps), measures joint angles, lean, lines and calibrated distances, marks stride events, compares two sessions side by side, and exports a one-page PDF report.
- Runs on: Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later), macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Not Windows, not iPad.
- Privacy: Video and client data stay on the Mac. No account, no cloud upload, no analytics.
- Price: $69 founding licence (pre-order), $129 at launch. One-time payment, no subscription. Use on 2 Macs.
- Status: In development. Pre-orders open; beta from December 2026; version 1.0 by 31 January 2027. Full refund on request before launch.
